A: We have a unique pricing structure (a flat fee plus 3%), which allows us to save our clients THOUSANDS of dollars.
A: The flat fee is based on the original list price of the home plus 3% (the 3% is based on the final sales price of the home). 2.5% of that goes toward the buyer’s agent’s commission.
A: There is a nominal, nonrefundable deposit due when we list your home. This deposit is deducted from the total marketing fee owed. We use this money for advertising, marketing, photos, and many other costs associated with listing a property.
A: No! We do not charge a transaction fee. There are many hidden terms for this fee: processing fee, fixed storage fee, and fixed commission charge to name a few. At Fusion Realty, there are no hidden fees or “money grabs” that other companies charge.
A: No! However, there is a state and county transfer tax that will be included. This is a requirement for any home sold in the State of Michigan. This transfer tax is roughly $8.60 per $1,000 of the sale price. Also, in the State of Michigan, the seller is required to provide title insurance to the buyer of the property.
A: Unfortunately, no. We are offering you excellent service and marketing at our already reduced pricing.
A: YES! Buyers love to see a warranty offered on their new home. This is not paid for until closing, so there is no out-of-pocket expense.
A: Contact one of our licensed agents to review the specific pricing and SAVINGS for your individual home.
